Delivery fee for orders below S$50 is S$5.
Free delivery for purchase of S$50 and above or self-pickup at 128 Joo Seng Road #07-02 Singapore 368356.
Delivery within Singapore will take about 3–4 working days. We deliver on Monday to Friday between 10am – 5.00pm.
Yes, you may but only within our delivery timing on Monday to Friday between 10am – 5.00pm. You may indicate on the remarks column upon checkout or give us a call at 6289 4204.
If there is no one at home to accept the goods, we will leave an attempted delivery slip behind. You may give us a call at 6289 4204 to arrange for a re-delivery. Alternatively, you may also leave a remark upon checkout if you wish to leave your goods at a specific location in the event of no one at home.
Self-pick up is only available at our warehouse located at 128 Joo Seng Road #07-02 Singapore 368356
Payment for online order is done via VISA/MASTER/PAYPAL
Yes, you can if we have yet to process your order. You may contact us 6289 4204 to check on your delivery status.
Choco Express guarantee that the products sold online will have a minimum of 2 months shelf life upon delivery, else, we will give you a call to notify you on the short shelf life or please refer to the product's description for the expiry date. You may return & get a refund if you have an issue with the products.
