Your card will be charged once the order is confirmed and submitted.
You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem processing your credit card. You’ll have the opportunity to enter a new number if this happens.
There will be no refund for payment made for products after we have started to process the order for the customer.
However, in instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund.
Please provide the following details together with your request, unless otherwise stated:
Transaction identification number
Valid reasons for cancellation or refund
All requests submitted are subjected to approval on a case-by-case basis.
